Another bitterly cold day AND a head cold sapped both my enthusiasm and my creativity, so I bundled up and headed across the street to take a picture of a patch of lichen I had spied on a tree several days ago. I love the soft light and texture in this, but, excuse the pun, every picture I took today left me cold. Eleven days to go and I will have completed this project, without missing a day. Almost there!
