I spent the day helping my daughter put her dorm room together; after a protracted IKEA expedition (an experience that can turn any sane person into a raving psychopath) I took a break and headed out to the Yale campus for a quick photo. I loved the juxtaposition of the Gothic spires of the Sterling Law School and the strong modernism of the Beinecke Library. IKEA notwithstanding, it was a lovely day with my lovely daughter.
