I pass this lake every day on my morning walk; I’ve been waiting for the water lilies to emerge in all their glory before photographing this scene for my photo of the day. I’ve also been reading up on how to properly process my digital infrared files taken with my IR converted d70. Starting to get the hang of it, I think. I’m really pleased with how this turned out, and I know it won’t be long before the heat of the summer starts shriveling the lilies. Today was the moment–even the clouds cooperated.
