Tender gravestones. I love how Deborah is gently leaning on Edward in this old cemetery in backcountry Greenwich.
I know it’s may seem strange how often I photograph graveyards for my picture of the day, but rest assured I do not have some morbid fascination with cemeteries and the dead buried there; rather, I find them very peaceful and contemplative places. Plus, as I contort myself in strange positions and photograph what most would find uninteresting or just plain strange, there is no one there to look at me funny.
Again, shot with my new toy, an infrared converted Nikon d70.
