For the first time in over two years, I had to take a break from posting daily photographs. Shortly after having surgery on my wrist several weeks ago, I came down with a cold, which rapidly devolved into a sinus infection and acute bronchitis. (My husband quipped that my nightstand should best be attended to by HAZMAT).
Two long weeks later, it finally feels like spring. Feeling nearly human, I headed out with the dogs (and the camera) and delighted in the first signs of new growth and color in the otherwise still bare woods.
