One gray and dreary day plus one tired and lazy photographer equals one photo of my dining room chandelier. I did break out my old Lensbaby plastic lens for this–which I bought years ago–and which I have never quite mastered. I was determined to get a photo I was satisfied with using this little toy lens; I’m fairly happy with how this came out. In the past my photos using this lens have been sent right to the computer’s trash bin.
It’s funny, when I started this project I thought it would be the perfect undertaking for these belt-tightening times, since I have plenty of camera equipment. Hah. Since I began in February I have bought a 20mm lens, an infrared converted d70 on eBay and am now considering the new and more controllable Lensbaby….
