It was another unseasonably warm and lovely day here today, so I took the dogs down to the beach for an afternoon walk. I’ve given up on bringing my SLR on walks in places where I have to keep my dogs leashed (all those STRAPS…I just get too tangled up and frustrated) but my point and shoot camera came in handy, as the afternoon light was just glorious over the Long Island Sound. I think this has the feel of a sunset photo, but it was only 3:30 in the afternoon. So while I certainly can’t complain about the weather, the short days make my daily photo a bit of a challenge. At least I don’t have to stay up late for a sunset!
