A two-inch dusting of snow was just enough to coat the landscape and make the woods quiet and beautiful this morning. Even though the temperature was tolerable (unlike the single-digit forecast for tomorrow), I didn’t run into a single soul on my long walk with the dogs. Such simple, simple things can make me so happy.
