In a small but valiant attempt to make amends for all the food I’m consuming, I’ve started getting up very early (by St. Tropez standards) to go for a long walk with my camera before it gets too hot and crowded in town. The cheek-by-jowl yachts caught my eye this morning, reflected in the windows of a chic restaurant on the harbor. And yes, that is a Sandro Botero sculpture reflected in the window; the town is full of them–a wonderful irony in this town of rail thin, beautiful people.
