I headed down to Camden Harbor for a few quick shots of the boats before heading down to the Portland Airport and home. I feel like I’ve been away forever; it is always a pleasure to return home, especially when you get the enthusiastic welcome that I did from my husband, daughter…and the dog.
Once again I’ll have to search for daily inspiration at home where everything is so familiar, but I feel full of new enthusiasm and ideas after the workshop I just completed in Maine.
(For those that are interested, the course I took was called “Extraordinary Images in Ordinary Places,” taught by Tillman Crane at the Maine Media Workshops. The place was like camp in more ways than one, but the workshops are of a very high caliber and worth the expenditure of time, money, and hard work.) edit
