Because I split my time between New York City and the leafy suburbs of Connecticut, this blog has a propensity to the bipolar, ping-ponging from the urban street photography that is my passion and the simple landscape work that is a fallback when I am in the country. Today, a photograph of the water-buffeted grasses at Tod’s Point–I’ve always loved how the tidal grasses down near the shore speak of the larger forces of nature at work, beyond our control.
