While wandering around Nantucket Town this afternoon I came across this dilapidated building on the outskirts of town–I loved that it looks like something has literally taken a bite out of the brick, and of course the orange brick is the perfect foil for today’s lovely blue sky.
I also liked this photo as a contrast to all the pretty scenes I’ve been drawn to lately, and my loyal supporters (husband Jim and daughter Lael) voted for this as well. It is so wonderful to have a family that is so supportive of this project; I am not always my own best editor, and their feedback is always constructive, loving and helpful. Thanks, guys!
