The rain and gloom and cold have followed us to Nantucket; I think everyone here in the Northeast is starting to doubt that we’ll ever have a summer. I was all pumped up to do a wonderful first-day-in-Nantucket photo of some sort, but it was not to be. Besides being absolutely knackered from my day yesterday, traipsing around the island with my camera on a day like today held little appeal. This is a quick snapshot I took on my morning walk with the dog.
