Day two of the Joel Meyerowitz workshop, and landscape photography was the order of the day. After a morning spent reviewing everyone’s work from yesterday, the class headed up into Indian Canyon in Palm Springs. It was a challenge shooting in the hot, blazing sun after a long winter in my familiar New England woods, but such a visual delight. I fell in love with these shaggy, untrimmed palm trees, among other things.
