I went for a late afternoon walk after returning from the weekend’s wedding festivities. We are all exhausted but on a high…my son’s wedding was an incredibly fun and happy affair. It took some determination to go out and walk the dogs (I’m so tired I feel like the air has been let out of my tires), but the woods were aglow with fall color and evening light, and the beauty of the day restored some of my energy.
